3. Amazon Selling Partner API Data

When you authorize Sharper Seller to access your Amazon seller account, we receive Amazon Information through the Amazon Selling Partner API. This section describes our handling of Amazon Information in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP).

Amazon Information We Access

• Product listings and catalog data (ASIN, SKU, product dimensions, category)
• Inventory data
• Fee data and estimates
• Settlement and financial transaction data
• Order data (as required for fee analysis)

Purpose Limitation

We use Amazon Information solely to identify and implement fee reduction opportunities for your account. We do not use Amazon Information for any other purpose, including marketing, resale, or sharing with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Data Minimization

We access only the Amazon Information required to perform our fee optimization services. We do not store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from Amazon buyers beyond what is strictly necessary for fee calculations, and we do not retain buyer PII after processing.

Security Controls

• Encryption at rest: All Amazon Information is encrypted using AES-256
• Encryption in transit: All data transmission uses TLS 1.2 or higher
• Access controls: Amazon Information is accessible only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
• Audit logging: All access to Amazon Information is logged and auditable

Retention and Deletion

When you disconnect your Amazon account or terminate your agreement with us, we delete all Amazon Information within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@sharperseller.com.

No Sharing of Amazon Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or disclose Amazon Information to third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements).

We use the information we collect to:

• Analyze your Amazon account to identify fee reduction opportunities
• Implement optimizations through Amazon's official Selling Partner APIs

• Stripe Financial Connections / Plaid — Bank account verification
• DocuSign — Contract signing
